I love food. I love making food and I really love eating food. I don’t think animal protein is good for you, so I try to eliminate as much as possible. All of the recipes I list should be mostly vegan (sometimes a little whey slips in here or there). I always encourage you to read the labels of the products mentioned and decide for yourself, especially if you have an allergy, etc.

Also- I don’t really like measuring…anything. So, take all of my measurements with a grain of salt. Half the fun is tweaking the recipe to the way you want it. So, if you think the manicotti really needs some more onions…put some more in. Don’t go against your  better judgement and personal tastes just for the sake of following a recipe.
